I have been a Real Estate Broker for over 12 years. Not only can I provide mentoring home sellers and buyers with traditional home transactions, but I also have a Certified Distressed Property Expert Certification. This enables me to provide good and accurate advice in handling short sales and bank-owned properties.

I also provide unique services that include mentoring for clients who are interested in real estate investments. Gary instructs a “Real estate Investment Class on a monthly basis.

I taught elementary and middle school students in the Eugene 4J School District for 33 years before transitioning to my other love – residential real estate. Since then, I have helped to successfully guide many buyers and sellers through their residential transactions. Many of them are former students or their parents who trusted me with their real estate needs as they did with an education. I guess that I still teach, only now the subject is real estate.

Gary resides in Lane County with his lovely wife of many years. His children are all grown up and out of the house! You may have seen Gary with “The Cascade Chorus” or the popular group “Social Insecurity,” who sing at Barbershops in Eugene and all over the United States. You may have seen him in Les Schwab commercials for 12 years in the Northwest.
