She received four years of grassroots leadership training while serving as a Vehicle Operator/ Dispatcher in the United States Air Force. Arica has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Management and a Minor in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania. She believes strongly in continued education and constantly picks up reading material to better her personal and professional life.
