John L. Scott Eugene’s Holly Carothers initially started in real estate as an investor, buying and selling her own properties in 1989, and in 2007, she began managing her personal rental properties. After this, Holly made the move to get licensed as a real estate broker in 2009, and she currently lives in Coburg, Oregon.
Having lived in the Eugene/Coburg area full-time since 1986, Holly is well-versed in Oregon and is truly passionate about helping clients. Holly is connected in the area and has a built-out network to help clients find a professional outside of her expertise as needed. She was drawn to the industry because she loves houses, meeting new people, and empowering others to find their own homes and/or build wealth for themselves.
Listening to the needs of clients is Holly’s top priority, so she can understand the ins and outs of each client’s unique situation. She wants to understand clients’ needs, desires, passions, likes, and dislikes to help them find the best fit and value for their budget. Treating clients with honesty, integrity, and commitment is also crucial for Holly – she approaches every transaction as if it’s her own and keeps a positive outlook even if a transaction gets tricky!
Holly does many things to help others – including adopting animals on her farm, holding an annual blanket and coat drive for a local homeless mission, and serving on the board of a local ski club since 1989. When she’s not working or volunteering, Holly enjoys reading, gardening, attending concerts, boating, camping, nature hikes, and entertaining.
