As a seasoned investor and property owner, Dorothea has successfully managed commercial and industrial buildings, rental properties, and conducted numerous 1031 exchanges. Holding real estate licenses in multiple states throughout her careerincluding Arizona, Minnesota, Wyoming, North Dakota, Montana, and OregonDorothea is now a Principal Broker in both Oregon and Montana.
A Life of Experience and Adventure
Born and raised in West Berlin, Germany, Dorothea developed a passion for new horizons at an early age. After moving to Hamburg to train horses and work in management training, the entrepreneurial journey continued with a relocation to the United States, first to Sedona, Arizona, and later to Los Angeles. It was in Los Angeles during the 1970s and 1980s that Dorothea first began investing in real estate, launching a career that would span decades.
In 1985, she moved to the Southern Oregon Coast, furthering her real estate development work while raising four children and obtaining an Oregon real estate license. The new millennium brought another chapter with a move to Flagstaff, Arizona, followed by Red Lodge, Montana, where she established an independent real estate company in 2003. Now based near the charming town of Rogue River, Oregon, Dorothea continues to serve clients with an active Montana license and a newly renewed Oregon license.

Real estate is more than just a profession for Dorotheait is a family tradition dating back generations. With a grandfather who worked as an architect in Berlin and helped rebuild East Prussia after WWI, and a grandmother who was a real estate broker, the industry is deeply rooted in her background.
